The hotel rooms are large and comfortable but lack proper ventilation, making the stay less enjoyable. The service is outstanding with prompt and friendly assistance, including airport pick-up and late check-out options. Despite being far from the Central Business District, the location in Santa Fe offers easy access to a mall and cinema. The dining experience is inconsistent with some dishes being unappealing. Overall, the facilities meet basic needs, but improvements could enhance the overall experience.
